What to Expect As A Client
Meal Delivery Schedule:
Meals are delivered Monday through Friday, typically between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon.
Please plan to be at home during this time to receive your meal.
If no prior arrangements have been made and no one is home, meals cannot be left
Occasionally, deliveries may arrive slightly early or after noon due to weather, traffic, or route changes
If you have not received your meal by 1:00 p.m., please call 828-883-3743 to report it
We appreciate your patience as our volunteer drivers work to serve everyone safely and efficiently.
If You Will Be Away:
If you know you will not be home to receive your meal, please notify us at least two days in advance, if possible. We understand that plans can change unexpectedly — just let us know as soon as you’re able.
Billing and Questions:
Meal statements are typically sent after the first of the following month.
